We’re open for business

We understand you may have questions and concerns regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and what that means for your home building project. Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and vendors. With that in mind, we have implemented the following measures.

Our Sales Team

We’ve asked our sales team to shift how they conduct business to include more virtual meetings and 1:1 home viewings. All model viewing appointments must be scheduled in advanced. During model viewings, the sales team is practicing social distancing to clients. Additionally, once a client leaves a model, all surfaces are wiped down for the next viewing.

Our Corporate Offices

We’ve reduced our in-office employee headcount to just four people. Those in the office are practicing social distancing, and any client that visits our corporate office will be asked to do the same. We’ve also fogged our office to prevent the virus from growing on surfaces for 90 days.

Our Job Sites

Since real estate construction is considered an essential business, our field teams continue to build homes in a safe and secure manner. Our staff is practicing social distancing on the job while continuing to move your project forward. They are also wiping down frequently touched areas during the day and before they go home at night.

Our Availability

We will continue to be available to discuss current and future home building projects over the phone or in-person, observing the above guidelines. We are continuing with all projects at this time. We are also scheduling new projects with delayed start dates as requested. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will continue to evaluate the information supplied by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and observe local policy, updating our guidelines as needed.
