Carmel, IN – Wedgewood Building Company is raising the bar again. On October 1, the company announced that Brad Kriner, a nationally recognized homebuilding executive and longtime Wedgewood customer, has joined as President. The move reinforces Wedgewood’s commitment to innovation and leadership as one of Central Indiana’s most respected builders.
Kriner’s relationship with Wedgewood began in the most authentic way possible: as a homeowner. After building his own Wedgewood home, he was drawn to the company’s culture of craftsmanship and community. That connection grew into conversations about the future of the business and today, it’s a full-circle story.
With more than two decades in homebuilding, Kriner has a proven track record of turning vision into scale. At Fischer Homes, he launched the Indianapolis division from scratch during the depths of the recession and grew it into one of the city’s top builders. Prior to that, he held leadership roles with Pulte and Centex, sharpening his expertise in land acquisition, operations, and team development.
